We strive to provide the best learning experience for all our students. To maintain small class sizes and ensure quality instruction, we have the following booking and cancellation policy:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the class start time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time are non-refundable but can be converted into a credit for future classes.
- "No-shows" will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

- Payment information is processed securely through our payment gateway and is never stored on our servers.

- We maintain strict hygiene standards for all tools and products provided.
- Students are expected to follow the instructor's guidance regarding product application and tool usage.
- If you have any skin allergies or sensitivities, please inform your instructor before the class begins.
